We are the CHANGERS.
We believe that poverty is a crime against humanity and does not have to exist. As envisioned in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, specifically Article 25, we believe that all human being are entitled and deserving of basic rights: shelter, education, living wage, food, health care, and safety, Therefore, our mission is to cultivate the implementation of these rights into our community. As our guide, we look to the work and ideas of Martin Luther King Jr. and his dream of building the beloved community. We do this through outreach, education, and the weapon of solidarity.
Article 25 of the UNDHR
